Accessibility statement

§ 1. General information

SF-LABS sp. z o.o. undertakes to ensure the digital accessibility of the SF-CONFERENCE event management system and the event pages published within the system, in accordance with the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies.

§ 2. Compliance status with the Act

The SF-CONFERENCE event management system and the event pages created within the system have been designed in accordance with the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies, W3C recommendations, and WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA. Due to the individual configuration of pages and content published by organizers, some elements may not meet all digital accessibility requirements. Therefore, the system is partially compliant with the requirements set out in the annex to the Act.

§ 3. Inaccessible content

Some elements of event pages may not meet contrast requirements, which may make them difficult to use for people with visual impairments. Depending on the configuration of a given event page, the search function may be limited, and some materials - including graphics, documents, or content provided by organizers - may not be fully digitally accessible.

§ 5. Feedback and contact information

Everyone has the right to:

  • submit comments regarding the digital accessibility of the system or event pages,
  • request that digital accessibility of the system or event pages be ensured,
  • request that inaccessible information be provided in an alternative format.

A submission should include:

  • contact details of the person submitting the request,
  • an indication of the page or page element to which the request relates,
  • the preferred form of providing the information (if the request concerns access to information in an alternative format).

The request should be processed without undue delay, no later than within 7 days of receipt. If ensuring accessibility or providing the information in an alternative form within this timeframe is not possible, the applicant will be informed of the reasons for the delay and the new expected completion date.

§ 6. Complaints and appeals

In the event of failure to meet the above deadlines or refusal to fulfil the request, a complaint may be submitted to the entity responsible for the system:
