What a conference costs
You pay per attendee, with no subscription. Creating and setting up the event is free, and unlimited support is included in the packet, with an event manager on our side. The more attendees, the lower the rate.

Frequently asked questions
Will a university get a pro forma, and an invoice after paying?
Yes. The system issues pro formas, prepayment and final invoices and corrections, and fetches institution data from the GUS register by tax number. Invoices go to KSeF.
How are reviewers assigned?
Automatically by the topic of the submission, or manually. Reviewers score papers in the panel, using a form you set up yourself.
Can the conference be international?
Yes. The website and forms work in 5 languages, and you can take fees in several currencies.
Can attendees book accommodation?
Yes. You add hotels and rooms, and attendees choose accommodation at registration and pay for everything in one transfer.
Who sets up the system?
We help you set up the whole event to your plan and stay with you until the conference is over.
